Most of what I do doesn't have a clean name.
That's on purpose.

Some of it looks like teaching or facilitation. Some of it looks like strategy. Some of it is just a connection that changes how you see a problem you've been staring at too long. Organizations don't transform because one person has the answers — they transform because a small group changes the questions. I help make that possible, in whatever form it needs to take.

My work at PopUpThinkTank is one expression of this. It's not the whole of it.

I don't take on work because it pays the most. I take it on because it helps me learn, expand, and discover — and the best collaborations are with people who are in on that too. Not clients I serve from a distance, but people willing to agree, up front, that we're both here to grow — and open to wherever that leads.
